Safety

The campsite is built five feet above the river to minimize flood risks and is secured with fencing and a gate that closes at 10 pm. On-site staff and the owner are present to assist campers. Children must be supervised near the river, and campers are advised to wear full-covered water shoes. Only elevated BBQ pits are permitted, and proper disposal of cooking oil is encouraged. First aid facilities are available, and campers are responsible for their own safety and belongings. Pet dogs are not allowed out of respect for Malay campers.

Parking

Standard cars can access the site via a combination of paved and crusher run roads. Campers at the riverside lots can park directly at their site, while forest campers can unload at their site and then move their vehicles to designated parking areas. Motorhomes and campervans cannot be accommodated.

Maxis, Celcom, and UMobile networks generally provide reliable phone coverage, though Digi signal may be weaker. Wi-Fi is also available.
