The campsite operates within a private, gated area with staff residing on-site, enhancing security. The main gate is closed nightly from 8 PM to 8 AM. Campfires are permitted only in designated areas, and fireworks are prohibited. A rubbish deposit of RM50 per tent is collected upon check-in and refunded if the campsite is left clean. Campers are encouraged to take their rubbish with them. First aid facilities are available. Small pets are allowed but visitors must notify the camp owner in advance.

Parking

The campsite is accessible via an off-road track of approximately 1.5 km, which takes 8-10 minutes. While some sources indicate normal sedans can manage slowly, others recommend 4x4 or SUV vehicles. Parking is available in designated areas near the campsites, with campers advised to load their belongings at the lot and then park their vehicle.
